At Stepping Stones Pediatric Therapy, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of children, teenagers, and young adults with disabilities and developmental delays. Our mission is to provide compassionate and individualized therapy services that empower our young clients to overcome challenges and achieve their fullest potential. Founded in 2024 by a dedicated team of pediatric professionals and parents, our team of 16 dedicated therapists offers a wide range of services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy, caregiver support, social and therapy groups and respite services. We are committed to creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported. Since starting our program, we have grown significantly and are now providing more than 350 therapy sessions each month However, we face significant operational challenges, including slow insurance reimbursements and funding barriers that limit our growth. To continue providing these essential services and expand our reach, we need your support. Your generous contribution will help us: Add administrative support; we are struggling to balance providing therapy and complete necessary administrative tasks. Purchase software that will help us obtain grants for scholarship funds, building groups and provide training funds for our therapists to build skills. This will allow us to continue to keep our fees low and provide funding for families who are unable to afford services. Increase options for respite care at low cost to families. Cost has been a significant issue for families accessing respite care. Build our Floortime program to be able to provide DIR Floortime services to more children. Enhance our therapy and social groups by bringing on new group facilitators with new topics and schedule options. We are also looking to offer groups in other community locations in order to increase availability to families who are not able to easily get to our clinic. We will also be expanding our virtual group options in order to offer more flexibility in courses in order to offer options to families throughout the state as services in other parts of the state are extremely limited. Improve our facilities for a more inclusive and accessible environment with an automatic door opener being installed on our doors.
