Hi, my name is Kylie and I am sharing this go fund me in hopes to help my sweet friends adopt skyler. Kenneth and Rosalie have been taking care of Skyler since she was 6 months old on and off while her biological mother has been in and out of jail. Kenneth is Skyler’s uncle and him and Rosalie have decided to make Skyler a permanent part of their family. Skyler is now 2 years old. They will appreciate any help in going through this process.
