We are asking for help for our nephew, Tyler Barton-English. This young man has not had it easy. He lost his mother unexpectedly in 2004, at the age of 6. In 2013, at the age of 14, Tyler had a swimming accident that fractured his C4-C7 vertebrae, resulting in him being a paraplegic. Tyler’s father, Joe, has been his caregiver for several years, but has recently been diagnosed with aphasia and will not be able to care for Tyler much longer. Tyler’s grandmother passed away last year, leaving her home to Tyler. However, the home needs some modifications to accommodate Tyler with his wheelchair. The modifications include two wheelchair ramps installed, the replacement of a walk-in tub for a walk-in shower, as well as some carpet removed and replaced with tile. We have been given an estimate for the work from Bob LaFave of LaFave Building Concepts, who will be doing the work. Please help if you can and if not, please share. Thank you
