Recently, Tristan was involved in a severe motorcycle accident that has left him with life-altering injuries. I am here to share his story and ask for your generosity during this challenging time. Tristan suffered a detached sacrum and a broken pelvis, among other injuries, in the accident. He underwent a complex surgery where surgeons had to insert several rods to reattach his sacrum to his pelvis. Unfortunately, Tristan does not have any insurance coverage, which has placed an immense financial burden on our family. As a result of his injuries, Tristan is currently unable to walk or stand, and his recovery will require several months of extensive rehabilitation. However, the path to recovery is not only physically demanding but also financially overwhelming. We are in urgent need of financial assistance to ensure that Tristan receives the care he desperately needs. One of our immediate concerns is making our home accessible for Tristan. He will require a ramp that will enable him to enter and exit the house safely during his recovery. Additionally, there are ongoing expenses such as his car loan and insurance that need to be covered for at least six months, if not longer, depending on his progress in therapy. Compounding the situation, I am disabled and unable to work, further limiting our ability to provide the necessary financial support for Tristan's recovery. I am deeply committed to standing by my son's side during this challenging journey and ensuring that he receives the care and support he deserves. Tristan has always been the pillar of support for our family, and it breaks my heart to see him in such pain and need. His absence is deeply felt by his little sister Lilly who eagerly awaits his return home. We are a close-knit family, and the thought of Tristan going through this ordeal alone is unbearable.
