Hi my name is Kristine and this is my brother Timmy. He has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL). This came so suddenly as he was living a normal life until he felt a sharp pain in his abdomen on Saturday morning and 5 days later by Thursday afternoon he was receiving his first round of chemo. If you know Timmy he is a friend to all, enemy to none. He can make everyone in the room laugh with a simple joke. He’s always been a big supporter of his friend’s endeavors and loves to help others shine. Along with caring for his dog Bean, Timmy loves to stream some of his favorite games on Twitch. You can find him playing games like Overwatch and a variety of others. This was a devastating and life changing moment for Timmy and my family. He is currently receiving chemotherapy treatments, but will need assistance as he battles this long road ahead. He will be out of work for the next nine months to a year depending on how well he responds to his treatments. He has already received a blood transfusion and will continue to need them along with his long list of medications. This money is to help Timmy shift his focus away from the financial burden of hospital bills, medications and everyday expenses to focusing on his health. His doctors have also advised us that he will need dental work as a result of such an intensive treatment. Please help my brother battle this cancer by helping with one less worry on his shoulders.
