Hi! My name is Andi Moody and I'm asking for help on behalf of my very good friend, Taylor Marx. I've known Taylor for many years and she is an entirely kind, genuine, and giving person. She lives in St Paul with her seven-year-old son and two rescue mutts. She loves foraging, hiking, and making delicious food for others. She is a devoted and loving mother to her adventurous and inquisitive son. Taylor is not the kind of person to ask for handouts, but after a little convincing she agreed that a LFEBridge could really help her right now. Taylor is about to lose her home, a cozy little apartment that she has shared with her son for the last three years. All of her family lives in Texas, and she has nowhere else to go. We are hoping we can raise $3,000 so that she can pay the back rent owed and remain housed. Taylor is a very hard-working person who only arrived in this situation due to a string of bad luck. Last August, her car was stolen. At the same time, her landlord raised her rent. She could not continue working her previous job because she did not have affordable childcare to look after her son while she worked. She also was attending college classes. With all of these added expenses and stressors, Taylor started to fall behind on her rent. Through a tremendous amount of perseverance and effort, Taylor has overcome each of these obstacles. She found another safe, reliable car. She found a new job that allows her to work from home and care for her son. In addition to her full-time job, she also cleans houses for extra income. She would now be able to afford the increased rent, if only she could pay off the back rent that accumulated while she was in extreme problem-solving mode. Let's help her get back on her feet! As I said before, I am hoping we can raise the $3000 so that Taylor and her son can stay in their home. I believe we can all come together and provide this one-time assistance to Taylor. We could make such a huge, amazing difference in her and her son's lives. However, if we cannot reach our goal and they do become unhoused, Taylor will still need our financial assistance. Living without a home is expensive. She has nowhere else to go except back to her family in Texas. It would take a lot of money to move cross-country and get established someplace new. Taylor would not allow me to ask unless she truly needed the help. I know she will be 1,000% grateful for any assistance she gets. She truly is deserving of your generosity and kindness. Thank you so much for your time, and thanks even more for your help. We appreciate every dollar and every share. -Andi (and Taylor)
