On Friday, July 21st, our dear friend and brother, Taylor, suffered a traumatic brain injury due to a longboarding accident near Provo Canyon, UT. He has several skull and facial fractures, several brain bleeds, and road rash. He is currently in the ICU and thankfully, he is stable. However, he is likely facing at least a few weeks to a full month in the hospital and up to six months of rehabilitation. It is unclear at this time when he will be able to return to work and he is the sole provider for his family of 4, so we are asking for your help in generating funds to cover upcoming expenses, food, medical bills, etc. The first time we met Taylor, we were shocked by his unapologetic and sometimes shocking sense of humor but more than that, by his ability to make you feel like you’re his best friend from the start, and a short time later, like family. Anyone that knows him knows that he is always the first to reach out and offer a helping hand, and now he is relying on us, his friends and family and anyone else that is willing and able, to make a difference for him, his wife, and two small children. The less Taylor and his wife Karli have to focus on finances at this time, the more Taylor can focus on healing and Karli can focus on taking care of their little boy, Jude, and their newborn girl, Bowie. Please consider making a donation. We know it’s cliche, but truly, every little bit helps, even if it’s only a share. Thank you so much for your consideration. If you have any questions or would like to donate in another way please free to contact either of us below who are coordinating these efforts: Jeremy Avery Dan Page Both Jeremy and Dan have known Taylor for many years and are close friends of the family.
