Just a few days ago, I learned that my friend Brett's amazing daughter Delilah, also known as Dee, was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma at just 15 years old. With the loving support of her family, this dynamic teenager is determined to add "cancer survivor" to her list of accomplishments. While Hodgkin's Lymphoma has a high survival rate, and Delilah is currently undergoing treatments, I'm sure we all recognize what a trying time this can be for any family. Beyond the emotional weight a cancer diagnosis can carry, Brett and Jen will be attending additional doctors' appointments and treatments with their daughter Dee, while also trying to maintain a sense of normalcy at home. Having extra funds to cover added expenses like gas, food delivery and potential lost wages will go a long way to relieving their burden, so Brett and Jen can focus all their energy on their kids. Let's surround Brett, Jennifer, Delilah, Phia, and Milo with our love right now!
