We are writing this on behalf of the Mazza family. We were first introduced to the Mazza family through our co-worker Gianna. Little did we know how grateful we would be to be able to get to know their family. Gianna has become our best friend and Michele is a second mom to us. It didn't take long for us to notice the special bond they share, Michele is not only Gianna's mom but her best friend. She is easily the most important person in her life, willing to skip a night out with the girls for a movie with mom. Gianna is the most empathetic person we know, watching her mom struggle in pain causes her pain. Over the past month, we have watched our best friend break down more and more each day. For those of you who do not know, hardship and illness has hit her family. In the past year, Gianna’s mom Michele was diagnosed with Diverticulitis and Colovesical Fistula. Michele’s diagnosis has worsened and it is imperative she has surgery. To alleviate the stress and allow Michele to prioritize her health and recovery, we are asking you to help us contribute to the Mazza family. To know Michele, Joe, Gianna, and Joey is to love them. They have opened their home to us as we know they would do for anyone. We are asking you to contribute to the fund to help them get through their hardship.
