To have a look at some numbers- Max wears AFOs which as he grows he will need replacement ones - each pair costs 3000$ . Additionally, his night time braces are approx 200$ a brace and he will need new ones every few months. Physical therapy is 95$ a class weekly and they will loose benefits starting October
