Our family recently received the devastating news that my brother Josh has been diagnosed with Classic Hodgkins Lymphoma. This news is even more upsetting as this isn’t his first battle with this cancer. Josh was originally diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma when he was 18 years old. It has been extremely hard for Josh and our family to process and cope with the idea of him having to endure this fight once again. Josh is an incredible person and such a loving brother, cousin, uncle, and son to his huge blended family. One of Josh’s greatest qualities is his appreciation and love for his family. He never misses a chance to celebrate any and every milestone -big or small. He is a part of all the memories of our greatest celebrations and times as a family. Our main focus and hope is to support Josh in anyway that we can. These funds will enable him to focus solely on his health and recovery without the added stress of medical expenses, and the financial impact this will have on him going forward as he will be unable to work during his treatment. Josh has worked passionately for over 15 years at Newton Lower Falls Wine Company. Josh is currently undergoing chemotherapy and the goal is to eventually transport him to Boston for further care where he will undergo a stem cell transplant. We know that Josh has a long road ahead of him but he is surrounded by immeasurable love from our family. We can’t thank everyone enough for the outpouring of love and support that’s been shown during such a difficult time. Every person who has reached out has helped show what we want Josh to know most of all, that is not alone in his battle. We understand a financial contribution is not possible for everyone. But just as important and appreciated are your thoughts, well wishes, and supportive messages. Please feel free to leave them as we know Josh will love to hear from all his loved ones. Thank you again to everyone who has supported and rallied behind Josh during this time. We will continue to post updates during his treatment and recovery process. With love, The Gainey, McArdle, Bryson, Schwenk, and Campbell family❤️
