Its with my deepest sympathies that I say their little warrior,Jaxon passed peacefully on September 3rd. I am hoping that we can help the family with funeral costs and give them time to grieve. my deepest condolences goes out to the family. jaxs Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100095169014065&mibextid=LQQJ4d My name is Amanda Weston. I am doing this LFEBridge for Tyler and Shantel. Tyler has been off work since before Christmas as his son has been in the stollery in need of a heart transplant. Finally, on June 25, Jax received his heart:). There are complications due to the surgery and Tyler will still be off of work for several more months. I just want to be able to help relieve some of the financial stress. from Shantel, Jax’s mom Hello! I just wanted to say thank you for everyone's thoughts and support during this time. Jaxon was diagnosed in utereo at 20 weeks with significant heart defects - truncus arteriosus type 2, mitral atresia, right sided aortic arch, hypoplastic left ventricle. He was born with half a heart. Born August 20th, 2024 and at two days old, he received the first of what would be 10 surgeries on his heart. His heart function continued to struggle, along with his kidneys and liver. He was placed on the transplant list October of 2024. He then was placed on a ventricle assist device, an artifical heart, on March 3rd, 2024 as his heart couldn't continue. Jaxon recieved his gift of life June 25th, 2024. We are unfortunately not out of the woods yet - his diaphragm is not functioning properly, which has made extubating difficult. He remains on the ventilator but is lucid. He is also on hemodialysis to combat his kidney failure, and has been fighting a mystery infection that cannot be found. We are incredibly grateful for everyone's support during this rough time. Truly, thank you! Please consider donating today or sharing this campaign with your network to help spread the word. I am sure they will appreciate any contribution no matter what size.
