Our dear friend, Hayden Avery, was assaulted and held captive in the early morning of May 27th. During the assault, he was beaten terribly, therefore he sustained injuries to his face and head. The outcome of the event left him with trauma to the face(several teeth were knocked loose), several lacerations from stab wounds, a concussion, several skull fractures, and fractured ribs. The extent of the injuries has led him to need a dental procedure, possibly more to replace his front teeth. The event has taken a toll on our dear friend. Hayden has lost his job and insurance due to his mental health and physical injuries. He will continue to need therapy and medical throughout his recovery. Hayden is such a caring, fun-loving, supportive person to those in his life. His best attribute is his smile, which lights up a room. We want him to look in the mirror and not be reminded of the horrible tragedy that has impacted his life.
