Hey y'all, my name is Danielle Brady and I am making this page for my mother and father. My Mother Sherry had a stroke on Sunday July 23rd and is currently in Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte NC. We have all been here since the beginning, especially my father Bob. He has stayed here the whole time. I am currently driving back and forth from Salisbury everyday but will be returning to work for a few days a week next week. She is currently paralyzed on the right side, working on her speech, has a feeding tube bc she is unable to swallow correctly and will eventually have to go to rehab. Before this all happened my mother was already out of work due to 3 slipped disks, arthritis of the spine and bone spurs. She has been going to physical therapy and there could be a possible operation. We are originally from Pennsylvania but moved to North Carolina 23 years ago, just the 3 of us. We are all we have but have a great community around us. My parents have been the ones helping us always with our kids so this will be a big change for us but for there beautiful grandbabies too. This is where I ask if anyone could help. It is greatly appreciated. We don't know exactly what is ahead but prayers, donations and shares are all we ask for.
