Hi my name Amanda I am Sheldon's sister-in-law, Lindsey's baby sister. As many of you know and some may not; Sheldon has been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer. This is a rare and aggressive type of cancer. Sheldon's treatment will require alot of travel and support. This means both Sheldon and Lindsey are unable to work through this very difficult time in their life. They have a 13 year-old daughter and a 6 year-old son. Anyone that knows them knows they are there to help anyone in need at anytime. Prior to this diagnosis Sheldon and his children would pack sanwiches and snacks with water and hand them out to the homeless while walking downtown. Unfortunately, now is their time in need. Please if you can donate anything, this will help decrease the stress on the family. Update - July 27th 2024 - First, thank you to all who have donated and shared this. This has been helping and will continue to ease a bit of the burden off of Sheldon and Lindsey. Unfortunately Sheldon was given bad news this week regarding his diagnosis and prognosis. Sheldon's cancer has now spread to his bones and he has been given months to a year at best to live. This has devastated this family, Sheldon will continue treatment for comfort and to assist with quality of life. Please continue to pray for this family in this difficult time.
