Hi, my name is Katie and I am fundraising for Emergency Medical Bills & Recovery costs for my dear friend Ryan Ware. Tragically he was in a life-threatening/life-altering motorcycle accident on Monday, July 24th when someone made an illegal U-Turn in front of him, throwing him several feet from his motorcycle. He was airlifted to Sutter Roseville Trauma Neuro ICU where he underwent emergency surgery for multiple injuries including a compound femur fracture, broken knee, broken shins, broken ankles, feet, shattered elbow, broken wrist and broken pelvis in two spots. He has mounting medical bills and more surgeries to face in the coming weeks. Once released from the hospital, he will be in a care facility for an unknown amount of time for physical therapy and recovery. His recovery will be long and extensive, and he will be unable to work for an extended period of time, making his situation that much more stressful. I am hoping to ease some of the stress he is facing by asking for donations to help cover the cost of his medical bills, aftercare, motorized wheelchair, day-to-day living expenses, bills, and anything else that may come up during this difficult time. If you are able to contribute any amount of money it would be so greatly appreciated.
