Help Roxy get surgery 2 months ago

Roxy, a previous River Rouge shelter dog was discovered emaciated in a yard today. The shelter was notified and immediately got her to a vet where it was determined she had an intestinal blockage. She needs immediate surgery to survive and enable her to get back on the road to recovery. Please share her story and donate anything you are able to help her get the surgery she so desperately needs to survive. Thank you!
