At 52 years of age, Ron Swanner is battling early Alzheimer’s, chronic seizures, liver failure, and neuropathy. Sadly, this year Ron has been in and out of hospitals with costly medical procedures and extended stays, as well as being in the intensive care unit on several occasions. While medical expenses and daily living costs continue to mount, Ron is no longer able to work at the United States Post Office. Despite having good health insurance, Ron, and Eileen need support from their larger community, as the expenses have become overwhelming. Unfortunately, Ron will never be able to work or drive again. Ron and Eileen are now limited to one income, as his condition has become progressively worse. Eileen is trying feverishly to complete Ron's paperwork, in order to expedite the process of securing him on disability. Eileen attempted to have Ron in two care facilities, however, negligent events occurred at these facilities, causing Eileen to pivot her care plan for Ron; he is now permanently at their home and being nurtured for in a safe environment. His conditions continue to require constant medical procedures, testing and monitoring, and his current prognosis is grave. Hospice of the Valley is also helping, considering his continued decline in health. They need our assistance, and neither thought they would be in this situation. Please consider donating to help Ron and Eileen during this extremely difficult time. God bless you, thank you for your prayers and supporting this cause!!
