The first time I spoke to Roberta Weinberg I walked away encouraged, like I just encountered a shining light in a sea of darkness. With some recent water damage in her basement and some unexpected out-of-pocket expenses for a french drain installation and mold remediation, money is a bit tight right now. It's getting to the point where Roberta is starting to fear that she may have to choose between the home she loves and paying her monthly bills.
