Hello, I started this fundraising for the daughter of a dear friend of mine who suffers from tuberous sclerosis complex with consequent drug resistance epilepsy that does not respond to any medication. Due to the amount of seizures that she gets during the day, and the head injuries that she is suffering from lately due to the seizures that she gets while walking, her doctor recommended a device that is implanted under the skin in the left chest area to reduce the amount of seizures. The cost of this device is 24k. Her mom collected 15k and she needs 9k more and she only has 2 weeks left to get the device otherwise the device will be given to someone else.
