Hi, my name is Catherine, and I am fundraising for my niece, Patti. This last Monday, Patti's large red rooster killed a hen. She chased him with a net to separate him from the flock. He dodged one way and the other way and she did the same, but stepped in a hole and rolled her foot, breaking her ankle in three places. She will not be able to walk or drive for a minimum of 6 weeks. Patti worked in veterinary hospitals in NY for more than thirty years but was disabled in a car crash. She moved here to Virginia three years ago to be near me and start a new life. She uses her love of animals and extensive training to provide in-home care and pet-sitting services. She drives many hundreds of miles a week to provide for her clients. In addition, she helps me with hosting my Airbnb units in my home. She will not be able to meet her medical, housing, vehicle, and other financial needs. Please help in any way you can. Your kindness is so very appreciated
