Hi, my name is Paola and I was born in Venezuela. My life has been quite hectic: I suffer from childhood trauma and was never able to go to college due to strife within my country, which I had to flee due to some tumultuous times. When I was finally somewhat stable in life I was suddenly hit with unbearable pain, which sent me to the ER in June of 2024. I quickly racked up more than 5k in bills just to find out the source of the issue just for the tests to come out with inconclusive results. The doctor at the ER told me it looked like endometriosis due to the tests and my symptoms, but I won't know for sure until I am seen by a specialist who would be able to perform exploratory surgery on me. I have been left with a big ER bill and an unstable future due to these costs, and would sincerely appreciate any donations in order to help me with the bills and to help me with future endeavors.
