Zoals de meeste van jullie weten is het zoontje van mijn broer nog steeds niet terug in Nederland (sinds 21 maart ‘verdwenen’). Na de zitting heeft de rechter in september besloten dat Maël terug moet naar Nederland en bij zijn papa gaat wonen. Helaas houdt de mama van Maël zich er niet aan en moet Marco allerlei instanties inschakelen om Maël echt terug te gaan krijgen. Dit alles kost een hoop energie, verdriet maar ook heel veel geld (hotelovernachtingen, vliegtickets, advocaat kosten voor ieder briefje wat gestuurd moet worden, dagen niet werken om heen en weer te gaan naar Frankrijk). Inmiddels heeft hij buiten de advocaat hier in Nederland ook al een Franse advocaat de opdracht moeten geven om hem te helpen in deze zaak want er lopen daar nu ook rechtszaken . Marco heeft het tot nu toe bijna allemaal zelf financieel geregeld maar er komt een punt dat dat niet meer gaat lukken. Ik wil jullie vragen, hoe vervelend ik dat ook vind, of jullie hem kunnen helpen/ondersteunen. Iedere euro helpt hem in deze strijd om zijn zoontje terug te krijgen hier in Nederland of hem überhaupt te gaan zien. Tevens vechten we ook om ervoor te zorgen dat zijn broer en zussen terug komen naar Nederland. As most of you know, my brother's son is still not back in the Netherlands ('disappeared' since March 21). Unfortunately, Maël's mother does not comply and Marco has to call in all kinds of authorities to really get Maël back. All this takes a lot of energy, sadness but also a lot of money (hotel stays, plane tickets, lawyer costs for every note that has to be sent, days off work to go back and forth to France). In addition to the lawyer here in the Netherlands, he has also had to instruct a French lawyer to help him in this case because there are now also lawsuits going on there. Marco has arranged almost everything financially himself so far, but there comes a point when that will no longer be possible. I would like to ask you, as annoying as I find it, if you can help/support him. Every euro helps him in this fight to get his son back here in the Netherlands or to see him at all. We are also fighting to ensure that his brother and sisters return to the Netherlands.
