Nisha has had a rough start transitioning from North Carolina to New Jersey. This sweet little girl has been an amazing family dog while staying at her foster home. Unfortunately a really bad experience with a young man and a tangle with a Rottweiler left her leery of men and fearful of other dogs, making it difficult to have her outside of the family home and tough to show for adoption. B.A.R.K. has found a perfect rehab center that specializes in this kind of trauma and there is hope for Nisha . A Master Dog Behaviorist in the area has agreed to take on Nisha's case, complete with room and boarding. He will help her using a process called Behavior Modification and while this method is very effective, it is not an overnight fix and this is where you all come in!Please consider a $25.00 donation towards her recovery stay; however ANY amount helps bring Nisha closer to having a forever home.Many thanks, Kelli.
