Hello, my name is David and I have a friend in Kenya, Africa who is a wonderful and deserving young woman who needs help to have critical surgery. Naomy works hard as a farmer to support her grandparents, and 10 year old Emannuel, a boy she adopted when he was abandoned at two years of age. Naomy is generous and loving and she is the backbone of her family. Naomy developed cysts that would render her unable to work for weeks at a time. When they were threatening her health and her life, these cysts were removed and Naomy was able to recover and to work again. But Naomy's recovery came to a halt when another growth began causing serious health concerns. This will continue to get worse until Naomy receives a follow-up surgery. Health care in Kenya is unattainable for many people, including Naomy, because of the cost. It is my hope to raise money for Naomy through the sale and raffle of custom charcuterie boards. This fundraiser will be used to receive donations to support Naomy. I have known Naomy for almost two years. She is a kind soul who desperately needs our help so that she can feed and support her family.
