I’ve been back and forth about posting this for some time but I’ve literally nothing to lose so here goes…. Back in April my mum was diagnosed with cancer for the 2nd time, She had been back and forth to the doctors with pains for around a year but was never scanned for cancer and unfortunately when she was taken into hospital due to severe sickness it was discovered she had tumours in her colon and liver. unfortunately it is inoperable and her only option is palliative medication as chemo is no longer a viable option. we don’t have a time line so we can only take it a day at a time and be thankful for the days we get. I know she would love to go to Santorini again for one last time. its been a struggle and heartbreaking for us all but I reckon my dad is feeling the worst of it. I want to be able to give them something to relieve some stress, they have a holiday book & are just hoping to be able to make it but I want them to enjoy without the worry of pulling the funds together. if I could afford it I’d give them it all but unfortunately I can’t and I’m having to ask here. I would appreciate anything at all. woule just like something good for her & my dad while she is still able. thank you for reading x
