Hi there, my name is Bradley Music and I am asking for help for my mom Shana(Pettingill) Clemmons. On May 5th, 2024 she went to the hospital and discovered that she was having a heart attack and since then she has been in and out of the hospital for 3 more since then. She has multiple Doctors appointments coming up in Dothan(a town over an hour away) and her doctor has scheduled an appointment for her to stay at the UAB hospital in Birmingham(a city over 4 hours away) where she has already had to stay a week at before. Her doctor has stated that she will need a heart transplant and is set to have a defibrillator put in place to help her until she gets to that point. Soon, her car will be repossessed because she can't work to pay her bills anymore. This is hard on her and my family because she has always worked hard my whole life to ensure that me and me little sister are provided with anything we need. We have never done without because of her hard work. It is very possible that we will need a new place to live soon. But mostly we need help so my mom can get to her doctors appointments and get what she needs. My little sister and I have already lost our father to cancer and do not want to lose our mom too. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
