Our son Matt Fredrick is very sick and our family and friends are here to rally support and love for Matt who was diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), which is a type of blood cancer. This type of leukemia is very aggressive but ALL is treatable and treatment will last a long grueling two years. The survival rate for people under the age of 20 is at 90% but over 20 drops to 43%. At 19, Matt has his whole life ahead of him. He’s a smart, bright, artistic, creative and independent person who is determined to beat cancer. Matt’s diagnosis was a surprise to all of us. It started with some unexplained weight loss, headaches, pain in and around their mouth and jaw area, fatigue and bruising. Matt’s dream is to work in construction. Matt Fredrick needs financial support to cover out-of-pocket medical and living expenses. Matt will not be able to work for at least ten months and out-of-pocket medical expenses will escalate during his two years of treatment. Please send Matt kind words of encouragement to help keep his spirits high during this difficult time. You can help support Matt and his journey to become who he truly is and now beat cancer. We offer our heartfelt gratitude. Your love, compassion and support mean more than words can express. Fredrick Family
