My friend Liz, who was at first diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in November 2024, has now been diagnosed as terminal because the cancer has spread to her spine and hips. She has exhausted her FMLA and her job has terminated her employment. She has used the services of the Pink Fund to help pay her rent which is $1,000 per month. The fund can only do so much and now she fears she will be homeless come August 2024. She exhausted her savings and relies on food stamps and help from a couple of friends who can only do so much. She has applied for Social Security Disability but the process is slow going. She just needs help until, hopefully, Social Security finally decides to help. Thank you
