In May 2015, at the age of just 3, Kylie Earl was diagnosed with Stage 3, Embryonic Rhabdomyosarcoma (or in layman’s terms – a type of connective tissue cancer). While we do not live near each other, Marc and Jen are dear friends of ours and we wanted to provide a means to ease their way through this difficult time. Kylie has had several rounds of chemotherapy, surgery to remove the tumor, and is currently in the process of receiving 28 doses of radiation. Once she is finished with the radiation, she will receive more chemotherapy to complete a full year of treatment. While this kind of intense treatment is hard on anyone, it is particularly difficult for young patients like Kylie, who are among the most vulnerable. Kylie is at such a young age to have to endure so much medical treatment. She has proved to be a trooper though, and is thankfully tolerating the treatment fairly well.    To help with getting Kylie all of the treatment she needs, Jen has taken an extended leave of absence from her job to be able to focus on Kylie and Kaitlyn (Kylie’s sister) full-time. No one fights cancer alone!  With your help we can help to reduce the financial stress so Marc, Jen, Kylie and Kaitlyn can focus on what matters most -  getting Kylie back to health and KILLING CANCER!
