Hi everybody, We recently received news that our father, Kevin Nunez, has been diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer that has spread to his liver and lungs. He is determined to fight this, and we are asking for all the support we can get to aid him in his battle. Kevin is a God-fearing father of 5 children and grandfather to 1 currently, soon to be 3. He has faced this diagnosis with a rare dignity and nobility of spirit that gives insight into what his steadfast love and presence means to his family. Our dad has a deep sense of faith that he has reached during this uncertain time, and it remains his main weapon against cancer. While faith gives him courage to fight on, we seek the support of our community, our friends. Kevin is a craftsman, and he finds solace in his imaginative creations. This experience has brought new meaning into his works, and we want to see what he creates for years to come. Our dad is a student of metallurgy, woodcarving, smithing, banjo, violin, guitar, piano playing and more. It is our hope for him to continue teaching his grandchildren these vital and often forgotten skills. Kevin is starting chemotherapy in 3-4 weeks, and we now know the reality for families whose loved ones battle cancer. The chemotherapy is massively expensive and places another huge burden on our family. This is why we are asking for your help. We want to give Kevin the best fighting chance we can. Our dad is a reserved man and would never ask for charity with idle hands. Any donation is welcomed with the upmost gratitude. We also ask that any who see this, donation or not, might offer some prayers with our dad and family in mind. With God’s grace, the battle will be won, and we will have a new story to tell, one of resilience and overcoming. Thank you for your support, and God bless you. The Nunez Family
