Hi everyone our families are fundraising for Kelley Wilhelm As of July 2024, Kelly was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes which was being managed before they moved to Tennessee. Kelly has started out w/ extreme pain and exhaustion w/ drastic amounts of weight loss, had trouble holding food down w/ Bowel issues. She had medical treatment down south but not enough. She had to come up to Boston area w/ a referral from her primary in Tennessee. While up here she had to be hospitalized at Southern New Hampshire medical center and finally had been given a Primary at Beth Isreal Lahey Burlington ma. While being seen by a Gastrointestinal doctor, he had discovered multiple stones in her Pancreas, and what she was diagnosed with is " Pancreatitis" which unfortanately they were unable to remove any of the stones. She was told that she would have to manage a " Pain Management" schedule. The current Health Insurance is questioning the nessesity of " Pancreatic Medications"? With all this turmoil going on, her husband and her have no choice but to move back up here to Boston area w/ limited financial means to do so. We would appreciate any donations towards her spiraling medical cost, Transportation cost, Housing, Financial struggles they will be facing in the future.
