Hi, I'm Jenn. A year ago my heart stopped and I suffered from an anoxic brain injury. Which left me unable to walk, unable to use my arms and unable to see. After a year of multiple therapies I am able to walk and move but my eyes never completely healed. I can't read. I can't see my families faces anymore. I can't do most things I love because they require my vision. I found through a search and after careful consideration and listening to lots of reviews, I found this tool to be the best fit for me. MyEye Pro by OrCam is a smart device that attaches to a pair of glasses that can read text, has face recognition, and can recognize currency. I am low vision and these will help me navigate more independently. So, I am asking for help because glasses like these are not covered under insurance but I know they will help me get on the right path to get back to myself.
