In 2007, a tumor was found in Jannie's brain. She was 22 at the time and had just graduated from college. Doctors removed as much of the tumor as possible. However, due to the size and nature of the tumor, they were not able to remove it all. Since then she has undergone several treatments to stop or reduce the tumor's growth and has exhausted just about all of the conventional medicinal options to inhibit its growth.Unfortunately, in her MRI scan this year, more tumors were found in her brain and she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer.Family and friends, let's all continue to help and support Jannie in anyway we can. This LFEBridge campaign will help Jannie and her family with some of their financial burden and enable them to explore alternative treatments. She has been fighting this for 8 years and, with our love and support, she will fight this for many more years to come!
