Hi everyone, my friend Peter Zurub was in a hit and run accident in February where the driver left him for dead! Peter doesn't remember many things but is hoping to gain some information from healthcare providers on Friday. He was in the hospital for 4 long months, has painfully had one finger and one toe amputated, multiple plastic surgeries as well as very painful skin grafting. Meanwhile, his bills have been piling up and he will likely lose his phone soon. Peter is very well known in the Toronto underground house music scene as DJ as well as in the Parkdale community for his volunteer work at the Food Bank. He is a great Father of two boys who will also benefit from this fundraising. Unfortunately Peter now has a brain injury and cannot remember many things. He doesn't know how he got to the hospital! Being down one finger he can no longer play guitar either. Presently Peter is focusing on his recovery as well as pain management.
