Please help our friend, brother, son, and fiancé, Greg, in his fight against cancer. In early October, Greg discovered a mass in his right lung. After countless tests, doctors, theories, and a week in the hospital, Greg discovered that he has a rare and aggressive form a cancer known as NUT Midline Carcinoma. A disease so rare, there are only 22 people in the country with this form of cancer.Greg is one of the friendliest, thoughtful, and loved people we know. At 25, he is a recent graduate from Washington State University where he was extremely involved in numerous clubs, activities, and his fraternity, Alpha Gamma Rho. He was both the Chapter President and later, the adviser, where he was always there with the sole purpose to "Make Better Men". With no doubt, we can say he has an incredible future ahead of him, where he can share so much with the world. He recently proposed to Nikki, the love of his life, and the two are set to be married Memorial Day weekend of 2016. It’s no surprise to anyone that knows the couple that she has been by his side since the night he was first admitted to the hospital.Greg will be receiving surgery to remove his right lung, and likely a regimen of chemotherapy and genetic medication, much of which may not be covered by his insurance. Working will be difficult during his fight, and Nikki will be taking care of him full time. As such, anything donated will help to cover both medical and day-to-day bills. We won’t rest until Greg has beaten this. We all know he’s stubborn and a fighter, and with that in mind, cancer doesn’t stand a chance. Thank you for your generosity and for keeping Greg, Nikki, and the Hampton family in your thoughts and prayers.
