Hi, my name is Melyssa and I've always wanted to create a space where everyone felt they could be themselves, unapologetically. Due to unforeseen circumstances, that space has presented itself sooner rather than later. I was working at an amazing barber shop for almost three years and loved all my clients who became my close friends and even family. I'm not willing to let them go just yet, so I'm turning a negative into a positive by creating a space we can continue to laugh, cry, & joke around in. As someone who has been on their own most of their adult life, it's hard for me to ask for any help. This is an unexpected adventure in life, and one I was not mentally prepared for let alone financially ready for. With all the love and support I have received in the past few days, I know deep in my heart that this is something I need to do. Not just for me, but for you guys. With that being said, it's hard for me to ask, but if you can find it in your heart and budget to help me out I would be extremely grateful. LFEBridge requires me to make a goal, but honestly, I'll be happy with anything. I set the goal to cover start-up expenses during this quick transition.
