Hi my name is Tanya. I'm fundraising to help Tony with expenses while he is unable to work while recovering from cancer surgery. Tony has been battling bladder cancer for the past 2 1/2 years. A decision was made after multiple treatments with bcg therapy that there was no more that can be done and as a last resort the bladder will have to be removed. During this 2 1/2 yr course Tony has burned through his sick time, banked time, vacation time, borrowed time and sick ei. He goes for surgery this Wednesday and his expected recovery time is 7 weeks if all goes well. To lighten his load and the financial stress associated with being unable to work, I have decided to do this fundraising for him.
