Hi, I'm Leslie Morris, director of Northside Learning Center. One of our most wonderful teachers ever, Doubah Almahamid, is trying to help members of her family who were critically hurt during the earthquakes in Turkey and the surrounding areas earlier this year. While they continue to deal with the aftereffects without enough money or resources, Doubah has made a plan to get enough money to them that the two who are unable to walk now could get care. An operation would restore both to wholeness. The cost will be around $8,000. We want to help Doubah achieve this goal, and ask for your support. For anyone who has ever had a child in her room, you know her level of love and care for every child. But she has an ability to make each child, parent and grandparent feel that she loves their child the most. Please help us help her to restore her family to health after the devastating trauma of the last few months.
