Hey everyone, I don't really know where to start, this is the hardest thing I've ever written. My name is Becky. I'd like to help my cousins family make as much magical memories as they can, before it's too late. My cousin Gary is 36, happily married with 2 teen daughters. A few weeks ago, he was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. He seemed quite positive. Scan results were being waited for. They had a weeks holiday booked for last week that they'd been saving for for a very long time. They really weren't sure whether to go. They decided a break would be good about now. Plus they didn't know what treatment he may need and didn't know when they'd be able to go again. So off they went. The above photo was taken on this holiday. They returned home yesterday(31st July) the doctor knew when they'd be home. He called and asked that Gary attend an appointment at the hospital in 45mins time. He was told it'd spread to his liver and he is terminal. Treatment will give him 6-12 months, without it it'll be less. It's not a decision he's made yet and certainly not an easy decision to make. He's only 36, it's unlikely he'll see 37. I would very much like help them make the most what little time is left. I would like them not to have to worry financially about missing work. I would like them to go and make as many great memories with each other as possible. The time left is extremely precious. These funds would be used for memorable family trips that his wife and children can cherish. A professional family photo shoot if possible, before he doesn't look like himself. Any remaining will support the inevitable bills that come with a funeral and lose of income. Thank you for reading. There's just so little time left. Any assistance is hugely appreciated.
