Vision and passion change the realities that we live in, but it is people working together that drive the momentum in which passion and vision are derived. The Place was a hub where people gathered to create memories and found a sense belonging. The loss of our first location and such an open and inclusive environment for performance art has rippled throughout our community. We want to secure the future. To do this, The New Places Project must raise immediate funding to buy out the equipment The Place was outfitted with along with pay for certain business fillings. To anyone who has enthusiasm for the joy that music brings or any zeal for perpetuating their community, consider this your investment. Together we can start the steps needed to build the best Venue in Wilmington.
