One of our Dashdotters, 'Sales Concierge' Chary, has been very unwell, and we're pulling together to help her with the huge medical bills that she incurred from her time in hospital. Chary was recently hospitalised after a severe allergic reaction and infection. Due to an existing medical condition, her health insurance does not cover the huge medical bills she incurred whilst in hospital. Chary's hospital bill is over PHP 200,000 (approx AUD $5,500) For context, the average salary in the Philippines is PHP 161,847.60/year. She has ongoing medical expenses to help her back to full health, including the possibility of an operation, which could easily double the above expense she has already incurred. Chary is the sole provider for her family; her Mum and her daughter. On her return home, her first message to us was asking about the team and apologising for not being able to work from the hospital as the internet connection was terrible. Chary is the embodiment of our core value of 'selflessness' Let's unite and help ease the financial strain of the hospital bill, so that she can focus on healing back to full radiant health.
