As-salamu alaykum rahmatullahi wabarakatuh, I hope this finds you and your family in good health. May Allah SWT reward and preserve you all in abundance. Our Prophet (ﷺ) once said: “Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah SWT, like a sparrow’s nest for Allah or even smaller, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” “When a (man) dies, (his) deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (continuing charity), knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him” [Muslim]The picture above is of an incomplete masjid (Mosque) in Mandinary, The Gambia. The local community are unable to complete the work on this Masjid due to lack of funds. The elderly within this local community are not able to travel far as the next mosque locations . We are kindly requesting the Muslim ummah to donate as much as you can so that together we can complete this mosque. . This mosque is extremely important to the community because it is the only mosque of walking distance. If you are able to, please donate, anything helps! AND SHARE.
