Last year, Arthur moved down to Memphis, Tennessee to do a discipleship program. After the program ended he decided to move home to Detroit this summer. He packed up all his belongings and drove home in June. On the drive back, just 2 minutes into Michigan, his van got impounded in Monroe. What started as a broken windshield led to an expired license plate and expired insurance. He's been playing catch-up since 2024 on various bills and expenses and now is without his favorite van (The "Great White Jr.") which is stuck in Monroe with all the stuff he owns (they won't let him take his stuff out at all until the expense is paid off). It will take almost 2 thousand dollars to get it out not including the new insurance, renewed plates, etc. that Arthur is currently paying for. He is getting around to jobs by walking and through rides from his friends. Arthur wants everyone to know that once this is done and he has his van back, he plans on giving back to the friends who helped him in this situation (as he always does :) )
