Hi, my name is Liane Campbell and I'm fundraising for one of my best friends Ana Mejia and her beautiful daughter Mayra Idalia. It's with a heavy heart we have to ask for assistance for a medical emergency for this gorgeous babe. She was born with a Biliary Artesia. She has already undergone a surgery and will need a liver transplant. Mayra will need continued treatment and trips to NYC for specialists. This has come to light fast and being a single mother with 3 babies she can use ALL the help we can give. Update 7/28: Mayra is back in the hospital presumably with cholangitis and they are looking at Mt. Sinai in NYC for further treatment and liver transplant.
