Aloiu Kane was driving with a friend when someone pulled up to him at a red light and fired 15 rounds into the car striking him twice in the left eye and once in the jaw. He was in a coma for 2 weeks and hospitalized for 2 months. It's a miracle that he is alive but the road to recovery will be long and he needs your help. He has lost his left eye completely and his right eye vision is very blurry. The doctor's are hopeful that he will regain eyesight but it is not certain. At this time Aliou is unable to drive or work. Aliou is a young 22 year old in the prime of his life. He just moved from Senegal a few years ago and has been working hard to create a new life for himself in the States. Anyone who knows him would say he is a very friendly, lovable, and genuine guy. Which makes it all the more shocking and heartbreaking that someone could have inflicted such brutal violence against him. All contributions will go towards medical bills and living expenses.
