Hello, my name is Ngi Cabral Shakir. I worked for Target St. Paul for 14 years. For reasons I really can't get into I stopped working there in late 2024. My unemployment has run out,I am no longer eligible for ebt cash. The month of July is almost over and I have yet to receive my snap benefits which is really draining my bank accounts. I have applied for job after job since November with no such luck. I am still pounding the pavement mind you. My rent is going to increase from $684 to $718 per month. On top of all I just said, on March 18 of this year my mother passed away from liver failure. Since my father passed in 2014 I have no parents to speak of.
