Hi my name is Jaclyn and I’m fundraising for a dear friend, Heidi Chapman, and her family. Heidi recently went through a heart transplant surgery, and spent about 6 weeks in the ICU. Due to complications she passed on Friday September 1st, surrounded by her family. The financial burden of the hospital stay and the funeral expenses are heavy. If you can spare any amount the family would be be so grateful.
