Family & Friends,We are in need of your support; our father-in-law just recently passed away meeting his Higher Power up in the heavens; As some of you might know, my father-in-law Hector Negron was fighting for his life for quite some time after an injury he suffered helping his local church in Puerto Rico leaving him practically paralyzed and having his beautiful wife Jenny, our mother/ mother-in-law having to take care of him. She was forced to quit her job having no source of income. For over a year and a half she bathed him, cooked for him, fed him, carried him to his appointments, tending care to him all by herself. Recently he became ill, and was rushed to the hospital Centro Medico de Rio Piedras in Puerto Rico where he had to undergo an emergency operation in his brain. Shockingly enough, he came out of it and immediately started speaking to his wife and family members who stood by his side. We all thought this was a miracle since he hasn't spoken in a year and a half. His wife and all of us were happy to know that his battle was over until the other day things changed for the worst. He had to undergo one more surgery; unfortunately during surgery he went into cardiac arrest which in the long-run left him in a deep coma…coma leading to his last few days with us. We are all in devastation for the lost of an amazing man, an engineer, an educator, a son, a father, and a loving husband. Hector in his past life gave to so many and even on his last day, him being an organ donor gave to others in need which saved someone’s life. Still a class act of selfless act - Hector was selfless, always giving. I know this is something he would never approve of, but we are trying our hardest to allocate resources, funds for his funeral, his burial and all the medical expenses that come behind his journey.I know all of you don’t know Hector Negron, but if you ever knew him like how I did, you would know this is a man that would walk by your side till the ends of the earth, come to you in a time of need at any hour of the day, leaving an imprint in your hearts. We ask for your help support; any funds would be highly appreciated. We are hoping to have everything settled for him within the next 7-14 days. All the donations will go strictly to his support of the funeral, burial, etc.Thank you so much.In Hector’s loving memory, thank you so much. The Negron Family, The Montalvo Family, The Rodriguez Family.
