Hi, my name is Nash, I am asking for help due to being diagnosed with Epilepsy in March of 2024. My fiance and I have 5 children, 4 boys and our 1 year old baby girl. Since the diagnosis I have not been able to return to work because my seizures are still not under control despite the several medication combinations/dosages we have tried so far. I have been having grand mal seizures on average 3-4 times per week, but lately they have been coming daily. Due to the nature of my field of work, I cannot safely return until they are under control, at least for the most part. This has put a big strain on our family financially, and we are running out of resources to utilize to cover our monthly bills and food, let alone the medical bills stacking up. I hate to ask for help, but would not do so if it was not absolutely necessary. All of the funds raised will be used to catch up on household bills and provide food for our children.
